1. About WARMGLOW and this website
This website is operated by WARMGLOW Co., Ltd. (株式会社WARMGLOW), Japan. Our representative is Joe Tachikawa. We present pre-owned luxury vehicles and provide buying enquiries, vehicle sourcing and export support. Our contact details appear below.
These terms describe use of the website and the enquiry process. Any vehicle purchase, sourcing engagement, transport or other paid service is subject to the specific terms agreed for that transaction and applicable law.
2. Browsing and submitting an enquiry
You can browse vehicles without creating a buyer account. This website does not provide online checkout or collect card payments. Submitting an enquiry, receiving a reference number or receiving an acknowledgement does not by itself reserve a vehicle, create a purchase order or confirm a sale.
Please provide accurate contact details and buying requirements, and tell us if they change. If you act for another person or a business, you should have authority to make the enquiry and share the information you provide.
3. Vehicle information and availability
Listings may include information and photographs supplied by dealers or other sellers, together with translated or edited descriptions. We aim to present them clearly, but equipment, condition, mileage, records, warranty details and current availability should be confirmed for the specific vehicle before purchase.
A photograph or feature associated with a model does not establish that every vehicle has it. A vehicle shown on the website may become reserved or unavailable before the listing is updated. Contact us if you need clarification, additional photographs, documents or an inspection arrangement.
4. Prices and quotations
Read each price together with its label and any stated breakdown. A price shown in Japanese yen is not automatically a delivered price in your country. Shipping, insurance, export preparation, destination duties, taxes and registration costs are included only where expressly stated in the relevant quotation or agreement.
“Price on request” means that you need to contact us for a quotation. Website prices and availability may change before a transaction is agreed. The quotation or transaction documents will specify the price, currency, included services and any validity period.
5. Agreeing a transaction
Before you commit to a purchase or paid service, the relevant parties need to agree the vehicle or service, contracting parties, price, payment arrangements, documents, delivery or handover arrangements, and any cancellation or refund conditions. WARMGLOW’s role and any fees should be clear in those documents.
These website terms do not set a universal deposit, cancellation charge or “no refunds” rule. Any transaction-specific conditions remain subject to applicable law. Confirm payment instructions through an established WARMGLOW contact before sending funds.
6. Export and destination requirements
Tell us the destination country and your intended use so that the relevant export and import requirements can be considered. Import eligibility, emissions and safety rules, inspections, duties, taxes and registration requirements vary by destination and by vehicle. A Japanese registration, inspection or warranty does not by itself establish eligibility or coverage elsewhere.
The transaction arrangements should identify who is responsible for the required checks, permits, transport, insurance and costs. Shipping estimates depend on carrier schedules, port operations, customs and other circumstances; a website description does not guarantee a delivery date.
7. Condition, inspections and warranties
Any inspection, service history or warranty statement must be read with its source, date and stated scope. Where a dealer or manufacturer provides a warranty, its provider, duration, mileage limit, territorial coverage and transferability need to be confirmed. The listing alone does not create an additional WARMGLOW warranty or extend a third party’s cover overseas.
Nothing in these terms removes a warranty or responsibility expressly agreed by WARMGLOW, or rights and remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Responsible use and website content
Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent or unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Use the enquiry form for relevant communications and do not include sensitive documents or payment-card details.
Website content may belong to WARMGLOW or other rights holders. You may view it for your own research and enquiries. Reuse must respect applicable copyright, trademark and other rights; the presence of content on the website does not grant ownership of it or a licence to represent WARMGLOW.
9. Personal information and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiry information and website statistics. The enquiry form has a separate consent notice for handling your request.
Links to WhatsApp or other external services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion does not make WARMGLOW responsible for the services they independently provide.
We may update website content and these terms, with the revision date shown above. An update to this page does not by itself change an existing transaction agreement.
These terms do not exclude liability or restrict consumer rights where applicable law does not permit that. If a problem arises, please contact us so that we can review the circumstances and the terms of the relevant transaction. Your statutory rights and available legal remedies remain unaffected.
